5. Fees and Payments

Transaction fees, subscription costs, and any applicable charges are outlined on our Pricing page and in your merchant agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days written notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Processing transactions for prohibited business categories
• Fraudulent transactions or money laundering activities
• Distributing malware or conducting cyberattacks

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website are the property of Payxnet or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payxnet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Any pending settlements will be processed according to our standard settlement schedule.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
